About the departmentGlobal IT India is a team of 400+ highly skilled IT professionals located in Global Business Service (GBS) Bangalore. The strategic objectives of Global IT India are to support growth in a cost-effective manner and provide flexible working models and to enhance focus on operational excellence. Global IT India provides various IT services across Novo Nordisk, the services include, system management, project management, infrastructure management, compliance management, IT security management, process management and vendor management.
The PositionAs a Business analyst, you will be responsible within the Labelling On Line in Affiliates (LOLA) system. which is a GxP critical, documentum based document management system that manages the electronic files for packaging materials for sales products in Novo Nordisk. which is used by approximately 1500 users. And it manages GMP and business critical data and complies with existing regulations and guidelines.
Furthermore, you will be responsible for the delivery of system and support services and ensuring that they meet business requirements in coordination with system managers. You will involve in support and monitor the incident management, problem management and change management. We expect you to do analytical analysis/review of the incidents to evaluate the impact on the system and you will also responsible for security patching and create/update compliance related documents as required.
In addition to the above , you will be responsible for strong collaboration with stakeholders-LOB, vendors, end users, HQ based matrix team and other team members and you will be working closely with Line of business, system managers, system administrators, project managers, peer business analysts and vendors. You are responsible for configuration management and test coordination / validation, vendor management. You are required to perform tasks independently and takes ownership of tasks.

Qualifications:Below qualifications are required
- MSc, MCA or similar graduate degree in relevant field (Software Engineering, Computer Science)
- Min. 3-5 years of experience in IT
- Min. 3-5 years of experience in Pharma Industry
- Take complete ownership for the tasks and drive to completion.
- Should be self-motivated and have desire to learn business.
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate and communicate with external parties,primarily users
- Ability to represent NN in relations with users and external stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills written and orally in English
- Large degree of flexibility and the ability to work under strong time
- ITIL certification or equivalent experience equivalent to foundation level
