About the departmentThe Global Development GBS unit was established in Bangalore, India in September 2007 and has significantly grown over the years to 300+ employees contributing to clinical drug development. The key objective of Quality and Business Support department is to support the overall GD GBS unit on QMS, finance, business ethics, risk mgmt., administration, project management and business & executive functions. It is an enthusiastic and dynamic team of 8-10 employees with varied skillsets and professionals from diverse backgrounds such as Life-Sciences, Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, Project and Operations management.

The positionAs a Business Analyst you will be responsible for designing, preparing and updating content for communication/presentation/analytics/etc Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to collect data, analyse, and present the same in the required formats. Ensure application of in-depth quantitative and analytical skills to integrate and present data that is accurate, consistent, complete, and authentic. Support and contribute to events, initiatives, improvement projects and other organizational activities. Ensure SharePoint webpage content is updated, including creating new pages, editing and formatting. Support on coordination and administration activities, and provide extensive project support to management team within GD GBS. This role involves extensive stakeholder and project management.

Qualifications We expect you to hold the below skills and knowledge.
  • Bachelor's/in business administration/ /management or any other equivalent degree or professional experience
  • 2-4 years of professional PowerPoint design experience
  • Ability to understand the stakeholder's perspective and present the same in the form of graphics/visual (via MS PowerPoint)
  • High-end presentation design skills (i.e. dynamic charts and diagrams) and clean design aesthetic
  • Expertise in MS office, Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash and Web-pages
  • Ability to work independently
  • Well-organized and ability to multi task to meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Self-motivated and good team player
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and oral) skills
  • Creative thinking and presentation skills
