Job Description

Overview of Responsibilities
  • Responsible for analyzing numbers and trends to give out business insights
  • Routine communication with Des Moines Marketing Team
  • To pick up end to end business of Consumer Marketing
  • Help identify and implement process improvements as needed
  • Demonstrates versatility in new learning from different verticals and implements them efficiently
  • Aid in standardization, development, improvement and upkeep of various reports


Educational Qualifications
  • Post graduate (MBA preferred), Bachelors with Statistics or computers


Overview of Qualifications
  • Quantitative and logical thinker, with at least 4 to 6 years' experience in reporting and analysis
  • Keen attention to detail and aptitude in quality checking deliverables for consistent accuracy
  • Solid ability to understand data and identify significant trends and discrepancies
  • Sound business judgment and ability to apply business context
  • Demonstrated initiative and proven multi-tasking skills
  • Aptitude with data manipulation and reporting process development
  • Able to work with strict deadlines and tight turnarounds
  • Quick learner and able to adapt to a changing environment
  • Strong work ethic and a personal commitment to high-quality deliverables
  • Willingness to learn and be aware of current events and trends in the United States as applicable to the brands associated with the position
  • Excellent deep dive analysis on various marketing problems


Technical Skills
  • Proficient - Expert MS Office skills (especially Excel, Power Point)
  • Excellent data Analytical skills
  • Ability to handle project from initiation, requirement gathering, analysis and delivery


Good to have:
  • Knowledge/Experience on Google Analytics/ Adobe Analytics with overall understanding of online platforms
  • Working knowledge of CMS


Communication Skills
  • Demonstrates effective communication skills, both oral and written with stake holders (Internal and external). Experience in working with US stake holders
  • Initiates audience-appropriate dialogue with multiple levels of the organization
