ABOUT THIS TEAM

FP&A is responsible for planning and managing lululemon's overall financial performance. We are an amazing team of passionate, active and dedicated leaders who are counted on as a key business partner in strategic and operational decisions. A DAY IN THE LIFE

• Sets store level revenue targets and forecasts North American aggregate revenue and operating profit outlook

• Performs financial analysis on sales trends, traffic /growth driver trends and operating costs (variance analysis)

• Monitors and maintains financial forecast in Hyperion Financial Planning

• Reviews, analyzes and provides commentary on weekly, period end and quarter end financial results

• Key strategic partner to the Retail Operations Area Director, supporting in deciphering KPI insights and enhancing store level fiscal knowledge

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of financial analysis and management reporting experience in corporate finance, investment banking or management consulting

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or related field

• CPA, CFA or MBA is an asset

• Power BI, Hyperion, Oracle or large financial planning software knowledge is an asset
