Job Description

By joining the finance team, the FP&A Manager will play a leading role in supporting the management team in the budget planning and financial analysis processes and will have the opportunity to lead and/or participate in various strategic projects, including the implementation of dashboards and business applications and continuous process improvement initiatives. This is a high impact, high visibility role working directly with the leadership team and our top tier private equity sponsors.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the global budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Prepare financial material presented at Board and Executive Team meetings
  • Coordinate team of cross-department analysts to ensure alignment and data coherence
  • Identify and perform relevant financial analyzes, interpret results, and suggest concrete actions to improve performance and value creation
  • Provide pricing analysis support for management and work with sales to insure quotations accuracy and profitability
  • Collect, analyze, and monitor financial data and create financial models for decision support using IRR, ROI NPV, etc.
  • Develop and improve the appropriate key performance indicators and track them
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and the optimization of business applications (Adaptive Insights, NetSuite, PowerBI)
  • Participate in the in-depth analysis of the financial and operational results of the company
  • Ensure the preparation and presentation of financial reports to management
  • Provide support during business acquisitions
  • Actively participate in various special projects


Qualifications

  • Hold a university degree in Accounting or Finance
  • CPA and/or CFA designation and/or MBA an important asset
  • Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience, ideally in a high paced, relatively large and complex environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in both French and English
