Are you a healthcare professional with a keen interest and experience in IT and business analysis? Use your clinical knowledge and background to work with various stakeholders to to develop the clinical specifications in regards to system requirements and user readiness initiatives.

What you'll do
  • Develop, review and implement technical documentation to identify and define system workflows.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses and others to create and test pathways of clinical applications including software releases, reports, screens, and verification tables, giving suggestions to ensure system functionality.
  • Provide training to user groups on clinical applications, conducting formal presentations and demonstrations in either a group or one-on-one settings.
  • Maintain manuals and online training and reference documentation for applicable clinical systems.
  • Provide hands-on troubleshooting of applications via on-site and remote access. Provide resolutions with assistance to technical, medical and support staff.

What you bring
  • Current or previous registration with provincial clinical accreditation program
  • Minimum two years of hands on clinical experience and two years of business analysis/IT experience
  • Background or studies in Health Information Sciences or Computer Sciences
  • Ability to build relationships in a consultative and collaborative manner
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
