What you'll do
- Develop, review and implement technical documentation to identify and define system workflows.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses and others to create and test pathways of clinical applications including software releases, reports, screens, and verification tables, giving suggestions to ensure system functionality.
- Provide training to user groups on clinical applications, conducting formal presentations and demonstrations in either a group or one-on-one settings.
- Maintain manuals and online training and reference documentation for applicable clinical systems.
- Provide hands-on troubleshooting of applications via on-site and remote access. Provide resolutions with assistance to technical, medical and support staff.
What you bring
- Current or previous registration with provincial clinical accreditation program
- Minimum two years of hands on clinical experience and two years of business analysis/IT experience
- Background or studies in Health Information Sciences or Computer Sciences
- Ability to build relationships in a consultative and collaborative manner
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
