Job Description

  • Participate in the review of current systems and the implementation of Consolidation, Treasury and ERP tools.
  • Consolidating financial information on a quarterly basis and preparation of compliance reports.
  • Assisting with integrating the scope of consolidation for newly acquired or created entities
  • Participate in the annual external audit process and the preparation of external financial statements
  • Participating in various ad hoc financial analyses and projects
  • Development of financial forecasts as well as reports monitoring the performance of investments
  • Assist in the development of internal controls over financial reporting and hedging policies
  • Monitoring and forecasting corporate and subsidiary cash flows, debt, and foreign exchange
  • Assist in the tracking the Company's derivative and debt instruments
  • Document, review and improve efficiencies of treasury and reporting processes and procedures
  • Participate in the development of an annual budget process
  • Prepare annual management fee reporting documentation
  • Submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual statistical information to government organizations


  • You have a bachelor's degree in accounting as well as a professional designation CPA or in process of obtaining it.
  • You are comfortable working as part of a large, complex organization with multiple divisions and locations
  • You have between three (3) to five (5) years of experience.
  • You have a good knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint and Word).
  • You have excellent analytic skills, you are a team player, you demonstrate innovation, perseverance and engagement.
  • You can work under pressure with tight deadlines.
  • You are bilingual (English and French) both written and oral.
