We are adding to our team of Business Analysts - JD Edwards Application Specialists that are dedicated to the delivery of innovative solutions into the J.D. Irving Divisions running JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 9.2.
Job Responsibilities & Accountabilities :
- Deliver business value through the implementation and optimization of JD Edwards Seek out opportunities to improve end user interactions and experience with JD Edwards and deliver against those opportunities Gather, analyze, and document business requirements Prepare, document, and present process documentation and solution designs Build consensus and alignment of process changes and solutions across all levels of the organization
- Knowledge and experience (i.e. Business Analyst, Support, Power User) in JD Edwards applications (preference to Sales & Distribution, Maintenance, Manufacturing, and Inventory) Bachelor's degree required: (preference to Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science or Commerce) A strong aptitude for technology and systems, with a continuous improvement mindset Demonstrated success with business requirements analysis, group facilitation, gap analysis, process mapping, design, and formal systems development lifecycle methodology as part of a business transformation Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills High energy, adaptability, and sense of urgency
- Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement certifications/ experience would be an asset
