As a Manager in KPMG's Oakville office, you will be given responsibility to run files with minimal supervision, while acting as a primary point of contact for clients.

What you will do
- Detailed review of notice to reader working paper files, including unaudited financial statements and notes thereto.
- Perparation and review of personal and corporate income tax returns.
- Develop and maintain relationships with client management, acting as a primary relationships with certain clients.
- Schedule a team of accountants with varying levels of experience to provide services to a wide variety of clients.
- Coach, guide and mentor staff accountants.
What you bring to the role
- Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards for Private Enterprises (ASPE) and Canadian corporate and personal tax.
- Ability to work both independently, but also provide supervision and guidance in a team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage staff through effective delegation and reviewing of work.
- Currently holding a CPA designation strongly preferred.
- At least three years of work experience in a professional accounting firm environment delivering quality service and value to clients.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous use of TaxPrep, CaseView and CaseWare programs preferred.
