Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
- Previously demonstrated continuous improvement successes using technology & automation
- Previous team leadership experience
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Extremely high attention to detail and time management is essential
- CPA Designation is an asset
- Lead the daily banking process transformation through the implementation of new technologies for Treasury including Blackline for reconciliations, Alteryx to streamline processes and Tableau for business reporting
- Ensure the efficient functioning of the Treasury Department in order to meet customer requirements and targets.
- Lead and develop a team of 7 Treasury professionals.
- Manage and implement rolling cash flow forecasts.
- Work with business partners to understand daily cash flow requirements.
- Ensure the timely and accurate completion of postings, journal entries, and reconciliations in accordance with established procedures.
- Work with customers and team to resolve treasury issues.
