We work together and create an environment where everyone can bring their passions and whole selves to work. Plus, as part of a global network, there's an opportunity for you to work with international teams and clients while you're based in Canada.

Accelerate: Put your career into high gear

By working for us during our busiest time of year, you'll hit the ground running. You'll learn as much as you can in a short period of time. You'll have the opportunity to work on challenging, real life technical problems for clients and will gain invaluable on-the-job experience. And, in recognition of your real world skills and experience, you'll be first in line to take on new roles - and the first to enjoy the compensation and benefits that come along with stepping up.

The role

Risk and regulatory requirements have never been higher on the boardroom agenda. Our Risk Assurance professionals help organizations effectively manage their risks and increasingly complex regulatory requirements. We help clients demonstrate that, whatever the threat, there's a plan in place to deal with and mitigate that risk.

As a Co-op or Winter Intern in our Accelerate program you'll gain exposure to the following areas within Risk Assurance Services:

  • Performance Assurance: Provide assurance services to clients in the broader public sector and assist them by developing custom, end-to-end solutions that help them build trust and provide transparency to their internal and external stakeholders.
  • Internal Audit: Use the foundational attributes of internal audit to help lift clients' performance against a broad spectrum of risks. Gain functional and industry insights, work on clients in the public and private sector assisting their internal audit function by providing more value-added insights to the business.
  • Information Technology General Controls (ITGC): Assist companies to develop and maintain strong ITGCs which allow them to get the best performance and value from their IT investments.
