Working within a multidisciplinary team, our Auditor, Gaming will be responsible for the Auditing activities of the Social Gaming program, while maximizing net revenue for the CNIB Foundation.
Your impact at CNIB
- Conduct auditing activities for the Social Gamin program in Ontario, including: processing financial reports, reconciling financial statements to invoices and inventory, and maintaining a detailed filing system and internal controls
- Conduct forensic on-site comprehensive and bi-weekly cursory audits at CNIB Lottery Centre outlets
- Ensure zero-balance reconciliation and review of kiosk operating practices
- Track and prepare Break Open Ticket licences and reports
- Coordinate and deliver the on-going training program for CNIB Lottery Centre Operators
Requirements
Who you are
- Detail oriented with strong time management skills
- A flexible self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills
- A strong communicator with superior organizational, analytical, problem solving, and financial skills
- Post-secondary school or college business diploma in Accounting or Administrative Studies
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial administrative role
- A valid class G drivers' license (travel required, with frequent overnight stays)
- Knowledge of provincial AGCO governmental legislation and OLG policies
- Personal or professional experience relating to blindness and sight loss is considered an asset
- Personal or professional experience working with assistive technology and/or accessible environments is considered an asset
