Job Summary

The Accounts Intern is responsible in assisting the accounting procedures in Ebb & Flow Pte Ltd Group HQ and the other outlets.

Essential Job Functions
  • Assist in daily accounting entry
  • Liaise with suppliers for the monthly SOA and any dispute
  • Assist in outlets sales revenue billing and reconcile to the bank collection.
  • Assist in checking petty cash
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliation.
  • Enter inter-company transaction and agree inter-company balances
  • Assist in preparation of fixed assets schedule and compute the depreciation charge
  • Generate monthly reporting and upload to airtable
  • Ad-hoc duties


Requirements
  • Diploma in Accountancy
  • Able to manage multiple deliverables and deadlines
  • Proactive, committed, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Possess initiative and ability to work independently
  • Good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills


Others
  • Immediate availability is preferred
  • Able to commit to a 5-day work week is advantageous
  • Please indicate availability for a 3-month / 6-month internship
