Job Description

Asset Owner Segment includes about 1000 clients primarily from US and also across other geographies. These include Pension Fund Investors, employee retirement plans as well as the retirement plans of various state councils. State Street performs the back-office and middle office services for the segment including, cash operations, transaction services, accounting, Performance and Analytics and investment compliance. These services are performed across the Operations teams in the US, GIC- Hubs.

The Team and Skill Expectations:

The position involves a deep understanding of the various products and services to the designated Asset Owner Clients and the candidate will engage with the delivery teams across locations and engage with the client service teams onshore. The candidate should have a good understanding of the investment process and the investment ecosystem. Exposure to Middle Office/Backoffice products will be an advantage.

The skills expected of the teams include an ability to understand –

End to end delivery process, technology behind these as well as an ability to work with the delivery teams which constitute a Virtual Team extension. Across India, the strength is approximately 500 FTE servicing the Asset Owner servicing.

This team faces off to the CDM teams in India and the US for support of operations and delivery and engages with the Client Servicing teams and occasionally with the Investment managers of the clients.

The candidate will be expected to understand the key drivers for each client and have a measurement focused approach to improve delivery for the designated client
