Role: Treasury Management and Financial Reporting Lead
Location: Agile post with access to Phoenix House, Castle Street, Dublin 2
Reporting to: Finance and Corporate Services Director
Contract: Permanent
Salary: €52,434-€68,384 DOE
Grade: Grade 4
Probation: 6 months
Hours: 39 hours per week over 5 days
Leave: 25 days
Pension: Employer contribution of up to 7% available at completion of Probation

CVHA has been a leading provider of social housing in Ireland since 2003 and now owns and/ or manages approx. 2.000 homes in Dublin, Cork, Limerick, Waterford and surrounding areas. About the role:
The purpose of the role is to manage and develop future corporate growth plans. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and contributing a financial perspective to business planning with an emphasis on ensuring the long-term viability of the Company. There will strong interactions between the various developments in assessing the financial viability of new potential opportunities. You will contribute to obtain finance for these new potential opportunities. A key element of the role is managing the business liquidity requirements which a strong commercial/ value for money focus.
Experience Needed:
The successful candidate will be a full or part qualified accountant with three years of relevant work experience. Applicants who do not have an accounting qualification but have experience in a relevant finance professions (i.e. banking) may also be considered for shortlisting.
