Salary & Benefits
Up to £52k, a highly competitive salary for newly or recently qualified ACA or ACCA accountant from a practice firm.
Role
The Financial Accountant will be responsible for the following:
- Completing statutory accounts for the International entities
- Completing tax returns and all tax submissions for the International entities
- Assisting with transfer pricing amongst group entities
- Setting up new companies/branches globally as and when required and ensuring all legal, statutory and tax requirements are met
- Overseeing company secretarial matters for the UK entities
- Other ad-hoc tasks as requested
- Oversee International statutory compliance
- Support tax investigations
- Developing and managing a foreign exchange hedging policy, with guidance from the Manager
Profile
We are looking for a practice trained ACA or ACCA qualified accountant who has:
- Strong UK accounting knowledge and experience, preferably with some US GAAP knowledge
- Experience of completing statutory accounts and ideally consolidations
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management experience
