Global property business, headquartered in London, are currently looking for a Senior Property Accountant. This role will pay £45k to £52k, will report in to the Finance Director and manage a small team.

The main responsibilities are:
- Ownership of monthly, quarterly and annual reporting for all leased buildings including P&L, balance sheet.
- Preparation of property accounts for overall company financial statements
- Preparing and reviewing budget and forecasts for all UK properties
- Working closely with Property Managers and acting as Lease Accounting expert on all matters.
- Management and development of small team
- Reconciliation and management of all lease payments
Candidates must be / have:
- Qualified / Nearly Qualified Accountant
- An understanding of, and experience, working in a Property Accounting role
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
