A European bank based in London seeks to recruit a dynamic Leverage & Acquisition Finance professional to structure and execute new business opportunities, as well as looking to manage and develop their existing portfolio, spanning UK & European markets.

Responsibilities:
  • Actively manage and develop the banks Leverage & Acquisition Finance business portfolio
  • Oversee completion of new business credit applications
  • Structure & execute new/existing deals, covering a diverse range of Leverage & Acquisition Finance transactions
  • Support strategic development, surrounding the banks Leverage & Acquisition Finance presence
  • Carry out regular portfolio reviews and prepare reports
  • Utilise syndication and loan trading to maximise the banks position
  • Work closely with senior management
  • Act as a brand ambassador in the market
