The Role
Reporting into the Group Financial Controller, as Senior Management Accountant you will be responsible for the production of the management accounts for the UK and overseas subsidiaries and business partnering with wider stakeholders to meet business requirements.
As well as the BAU this will be a very commercial role, with a real opportunity to add value and get involved with wider project work, including the implementation and roll out of their new ERP system.

Typical duties will include, but are by no means limited to:
- Full production of the management accounts for UK and overseas entities and consolidations
- The management, support and development of an ambitious team of Assistant Accountants
- Business partner with the business and non-financial stakeholders to provide useful insight into their performance and enhance their support for the business
- Work with HQ and overseas senior management to drive continuous improvement and efficiencies
- Support the global rollout of a new ERP system across the business, and other ad hoc project work
- Budgeting and cashflow forecasting
- Integrate newly acquired subsidiaries into the business
- Provide accurate and insightful data and analysis to senior management team to assist with strategic decision making to drive business strategy and performance.
The ideal candidate for this role would be:
- CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified
- Be able to take ownership of the full production of management accounts and the month end routine
- Have experience of an ERP system (SAP and/or NetSuite experience advantageous)
- Be commercially aware and confident liaising with stakeholders across the business
- Be ambitious and career drive, wanting to work in a fast paced, creative environment
- Be organised with a key attention to detail

Salary & Benefits
- £40,000 - £45,000 plus benefits
