A dynamic and highly successful International Hospitality business is recruiting an exciting role for a Head of Finance. Crucially they are very well funded and have established a very strong brand in the sector both here in the UK and overseas. This role will be a key part of their business moving forward reporting to the MD and Group CFO.
As the Head of Finance, you will report to the MD and lead the finance function. You will be responsible for function but be a leader managing the team. This is a broad role and you will be delivering the accounting and controls but also commercial finance across both, financial planning and analysis as well as business partnering with the MD to drive performance. This will be a brilliant and varied role to give the business stronger decision support and drive the strategy for the future. You will have a team under you as well to support you in delivery of these objectives.
The successful candidate for the Head of Finance must be a qualified accountant. You will have the ability to operate as a hands-on financial controller in a fast paced environment. You will combine this with a positive and innovative attitude, constantly looking to improve processes and drive performance. You will demonstrate the ability to operate commercially and work with senior colleagues in the business. This a perfect role for someone who is excited by this opportunity and sector experience is crucial. My client is looking for someone with hospitality, restaurants or leisure experience. If not, our client would consider multi-site retail but this is essential.
This role will be paying a strong basic salary, bonus and benefits package. Their head offices are based in Central London (zone 1) but working from home is fully operational.
