A successful firm of chartered accountants based in Ashford is searching for a Client Manager / Senior Accountant to join their team in a role and firm where you can carve an influential position, as a key addition to this growing firm.

Client Details

Based in Ashford this firm of chartered accountants has been undergoing continued organic growth. Along with this the firm has been undergoing local acquisitions which have worked well. The firm acts for wide ranging OMBs up to around £20-30 million or so on the largest clients, with a handful at this size, with a core client turnover into the £100- 500k range and with smaller companies around this as well. Sectors are wide ranging across many industries. The firm utilises various cloud accounting software etc and offer and hands on approach.

They are a forward thinking business who have an excellent staff retention rate and they look after their people. It's an autonomous role where you will be responsible for gradually taking on a portfolio of clients (circa £150k). You will manage the portfolio from start to finish covering accounts, tax, bookkeeping, VAT and CIS.

Description

Joining as Client Manager / Senior Accountant based from the firms Ashford offices you will join at a key time in this firms development with chance to carve a career within this successful firm.

You will lead and manage the delivery of accounts, tax and wider services to clients across varied industries. You will develop client relationships, taking on a portfolio and work on wider advisory/business services delivering wider project work.

A progression path is on offer and you will carve an influential key role within this firm.

Profile

You will be ACA/ACCA qualified, or equivalent with a career background and strength within accounts/tax and all around, general accountancy practice service delivery to wide ranging sole trade, partnership and limited company clients, developed within an accountancy practice firm environment. You will have developed your career to Managerial levels and be seeking the right career move as a key addition to a growing and successful firm where you can develop within your career.

Job Offer
