We are looking for an Accountant / Accounts Officer
- Maintain a proper record of claims approvals and SOP of claims instructed by the Company.
- To Sending claims of Sales Group wise after verification on daily or monthly basis.
- Coordination with Claim Officers till his training in generation, sending settlements of claims.
- Preparation of sales reports and other depots Analysis for Manager Claim.
- Manage purchase returns against business associates purchase orders and follow up stocks.
- Supervision of expiry intimations (all groups) Feeding, in time sending and maintain record.
- Supervise stock transfers booking, logistic bills and freight claims on actual rates.
- Handle queries both internal and external regarding expiry intimation.
- Arrange claims follow up one company from every group in coordination with Claim Manager.
- Maintain month wise summary of claims receivable movement and provide data as when required.
- Update outstanding record of claims in financial and aging.
Education: Bachelors
Degree Title: BBA/B. Com/Equivalent
