Pensions & Payroll Project Specialist (Temporary)
This role will provide support and technical expertise to the Pensions Project Manager in delivering complex Pension Scheme Implementation. The role will undertake in pension project tasks and provide reports to communicate progress/unexpected issues with the project sponsors.
This is a temporary project assignment until July 2021.
A world leading FMCG based in luxury offices in the Kingston upon Thames area with free parking provided and very easy access via public transport.
NOTE - its likely that this role will be almost entirely remote (working from home). You may only be required to attend the offices 1-2 days per week towards the latter stages of the project (July 2021).
The Pensions & Payroll Project Specialist (Temporary) role involves:
The role will interface with the following stakeholders:
* Outsourced service providers
* Pensions team
* Payroll IT team
* UK HR communities
* Other third parties
This role involves working with the pension project team to ensure the successful delivery of a new pension landscape within the UK payroll SAP environment. This will include initial pension scheme build requirements, project progress reporting, payroll integrations and end to end and UAT testing of the new pension design. Working with key stakeholders such as Pensions, Finance and third parties to allocate costs and outputs.
Additional activities will include:
* Produce project documentation and progress reports.
* Review pension system design documentation ensuring it meets company requirements.
* System testing
The role requires relevant experience with exposure to technical issues relating to pension scheme legislation and system design. This role would suit an enthusiastic individual, who has a proactive approach and a proven track record delivering payroll related projects.
The ideal candidate for the Pensions & Payroll Project Specialist (Temporary) role;
- MUST HAVE PAYROLL & PENSIONS EXPERIENCE
- will ideally have SAP Globalview & Workday experience (not essential)
- Experience working in and running a large payroll
- Experience of working with third party payroll vendors (advantageous)
- highly numerate and will have strong & advanced Excel skills to interrogate data
Depending on experience level, the Pensions & Payroll Project Specialist (Temporary) role offers between £32,000 - £40,500.
This role will be almost entirely remote so the client is willing to consider candidates from further afield.
