You will be a part of the Risk Assurance- Governance, Risk and Control team, and you will experience a dynamic and fast-paced working environment. As a Senior Manager, you will make an impact by working closely with Directors and Partners to apply your knowledge and experience in delivering our services and motivating our team members. You will build valuable relationships with colleagues and clients and develop strong capabilities from formal training and working with highly talented and competent seniors and colleagues

• Proactively assisting in business development activities to identify eGRC opportunities on new/existing clients
• Leading the progression of eGRC opportunities including managing sales activities such as responding to RFPs, bid management, proposal writing and client presentations
• Managing Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solution(s) implementation engagements as the lead engagement manager responsible for end-to-end delivery
• Being the SME for clients as well as internally on IRM solutions and topics of IRM such as Operational Risk management, Regulatory management, SOC management
• Being the SME for at least one of the following IRM solutions, namely MetricStream, RSA Archer and ServiceNow
• Developing internal and external network in the IRM ecosystem across Asia Pacific with focus on Singapore
• Leading the practice management for eGRC in the areas of knowledge management, training and development of new services
• Presenting to C-suite on topics surrounding IRM and articulate PwC's value proposition for IRM solution selection and implementation

About You:

• A good Degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology (IT) or related disciplines with IT focus.
• 8-10 years client project implementation or delivery experience .
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a GRC architect or project manager with IRM solutions such as RSA Archer, MetricStream or ServiceNow.
• Working knowledge and expertise of IRM solutions (i.e. operational risk management, regulatory compliance, controls testing, cybersecurity, business continuity, third-party management).
• In-depth experience with system configuration and customisation of IRM solutions.
• Expertise with secure architecture design for IRM solutions.
• Expertise in one or more IT Risk frameworks such as ISO27001, COBIT.
• Proven analytical, business and project management skills.
• Collaborative and articulate communicator and aligns teams towards common goals.
• Ability to work independently, be highly motivated and a team player.
• Good presentation skills both oral and written.
• Strong relationship development skills.
• Experience in building a new team.
