Tax Compliance Manager

Job Description: Are you a tax professional with either UK or EMEA Corporation Tax experience and compliance knowledge? If so, our client, a leading global Financial Services firm are looking for a Tax Compliance Manager to join their Tax department based in Glasgow. The primary purpose of this role is supporting tax compliance and reporting within the UK, Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA) and review quarterly effective tax rates for US GAAP and IFRS reporting. Core Responsibilities: Support tax compliance and reporting within the UK, Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA) Review quarterly effective tax rates for US GAAP and IFRS reporting Collaborate with other stakeholders across the tax function in order to build strong relationships Knowledge share, coach and mentor other individuals across the team, at a range of levels Drive innovation and process efficiency improvements Work collaboratively across the Firm to deal with ad hoc issues and manage risk Essential Skills/Experience: Proficient UK Corporation Tax compliance knowledge and experience Ideally ACCA/CIMA/CA or ATT/CTA qualifications UK Corporation tax work experience in Practice or Industry Aptitude for working in a swiftly changing, dynamic environment Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) Benefits: A highly competitive salary Wider Benefits package Job reference: 12760 To apply for this vacancy applicants must be eligible to work in the UK in accordance with the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006.
