Structure Maintenance Specialist

You will:

  • Maintain GL/account/cost center data within Infrastructure Services area for Finance and HR
  • Keep in touch with internal clients from Americas/EMEA/Asia regions
  • Participate and leading phone conferences
  • Update structures in various systems
  • Prepare month end reports

QUALIFICATIONS

You have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or related field
  • Sound numeric skills and accuracy
  • Advanced MS Excel and solid Access knowledge
  • Fluency in English
  • Good communication both spoken and written and flexibility to adapt to a changing environment quickly and effectively
  • Attention to detail

Team Profile:

Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) group within the Finance department, is responsible for providing reports and preparation of the Budget. Structure Maintenance Team within FP&A prepares and maintains GL and account structures of Infrastructure areas of the Firm.
