Adele Carr Financial Recruitment is partnering with a growing, SME Manufacturing organisation in Liverpool who are keen to appoint a proven Finance Manager on a permanent basis.
The successfully managed company is continuing with its programme to invest in its people, manufacturing facilities and further research and development of innovative products.
The ideal applicant will be CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified with team leader experience who is familiar to working in a manufacturing environment. Candidates who are qualified by experience will be considered.
Supporting the Head of Finance, this newly created role will take ownership for month end and ensure processes and controls are in place to improve efficiencies. You will be the go-to-person for all financial related tasks and need the following experience;
* Producing management accounts, Balance sheet, P&L
* Forecasting
* Supervisory/leadership
* Cash flow
* Statutory accounts
* Year end
* VAT
* Payroll
Overall, this is pivotal role as the business grows offering excellent career progression.
Knowledge of Sage, excel, running process improvement projects, staff training etc would be of a distinct advantage.
