To provide strategic advice to the SPA on all issues relating to finance, audit, risk and information management, and expert support to the Chief Executive as the Accountable Officer, and the Authority (Chair and Members), and the executive team, for the SPA to deliver their responsibilities in accordance with the duties set out in legislation and within the Scottish Public Finance Manual.

Candidates must be CCAB or CIMA qualified with at least 3 years post qualifying experience. Evidence of ongoing Continuing Professional Development must be proven.

This full time post is permanent and requires Management Vetting. You will work 35 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm.

A driving licence is desirable.
