Based in Shercock Co. Cavan
Permanent Role
Salary: € (Possibly negotiable for the right candidate)
Duties:
- Daily, weekly and monthly accounts support
- Post Relevant weekly accounts journals
- Preparation of Board Pack Slide presentation
- Attend Production Daily Review meetings
- Stock Control and Reconciliations of Finished Goods, Packaging and Ingredients
- Stock planning - forecasting material requirements
- Ad hoc analysis on production volumes, throughput, costs, material usage, etc.
- Variance report analysis (standard versus actual)
- Review and interpretation of KPIs highlighting any issues and understand trends
- Provide appropriate challenge and support to business functions
- Support the Commercial Manager and Operations Team in the continuous improvement process including capital investment Third Party Reporting
The ideal candidate profile:
- Excellent IT skills especially MS Excel & Powerpoint
- Degree qualified (BSc, BComm, BE) an advantage
- Part or fully qualified Accountant (CIMA or equivalent) an advantage
- Excellent numerical accuracy and a high attention to detail
- Excellent problem solving skills
- A strong team player with the ability to work with other business functions and to build strong collaborative relationships. Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- FMCG / Quality / Lean environment experience would be beneficial
- Manufacturing experience would be an advantage
- Reporting Experience would be an advantage
