Start here Catalent Pharma Solutions Swindon have an opportunity for a Management Accountant to join our expanding Swindon manufacturing site. Responsibilities of this role are to manage key balance sheet and P&L reconciliations of the Swindon Zydis entity. Ensuring accurate and timely reporting of results to US corporate headquarters and to troubleshoot immediate issues. Prepare and collate the month end folder for review within seven days of month end Ownership of balance sheet reconciliations tracking timetables and actions through to resolution Maintain accurate accrual and prepayment reconciliations including calculations Review and oversight of trade debtors - working with internal stakeholders and Shared Service Centre to resolve any collection issues Back up support for Commercial Finance team Reconcile all intercompany ledgers at month end, both debtor and creditor ledgers Responsible for population of consolidation software with actual and forecast data relating to the Swindon entities Preparation of reporting packages to be sent to Corporate headquarters in the USA Initial preparation of balance sheet flux analysis and commentary for review Adhere to tight two day close reporting schedule Prepare and post journals on the accounting software (JD Edwards) Post intercompany loan movements in line with corporate schedules Assist Financial Controller with monitoring and control of non EBITDA P&L items ("below the line" items) Requirements Good understanding and experience of general finance Self Starter Team player Ability to problem solve Strong Excel skills - Index, pivot tables Demonstration of strong communication skills at all levels Knowledge of JD Edwards and Hyperion (HFM) an advantage Good, practical experience with an ERP system Jobshare will be considered for this position Catalent offers rewarding opportunities to further your career!
