Assistant Management Accountant

This is an excellent Assistant Management Accountant post for anyone who is finishing their AAT and looking to start CIMA/ACCA, and has experience in either Project Accounting and General Ledger Reconciliations.

Client Details

This business is growing at a rapid rate and now needs to add a new head to the team due to growth. They are a supportive and progressive business that will allow you to develop your personal and technical skills.

They operate remotely and you will be part of a regional team, each with a specific area of ownership.

Description

The key aspects of this Assistant Management Accountant role will be to support the FM and FC with project based work and accounting across three separate business units.

You will support not only the GL Reconciliations but also the production of Month End Accounting and have a heavy input towards Project Accounting as well.

Profile

The ideal Assistant Management Accountant will be someone who has already worked in a transactional environment and is looking to make a step up into a more technical and complex role.

You will also be able to show with examples where you have reacted and produced results in a fast paced commercial environment.

Ideally suited for anyone coming towards the end of their AAT or looking to start at the early stages of ACCA/CIMA, although this is not essential.
