Job Summary:

• Promoting “TMUC” Brand and raising awareness amongst the target market i.e. prospects, academia and corporate sector.
• Growth, Progression and retention of existing student base and implementing plans of soft skills training and industry engagements for the students
• Support activities related to Professional Qualifications being offered at TMUC
• Achieve annual recruitment and academic targets
• Ensure highest standard of customer service to existing and potential students
• Management of Department and coordination with faculty to ensure highest academic standards
• Efficiently managing Internal compliance and partner’s expectations.
• Teaching of two subjects as per subject preference and experience

Work Experience:

• At-least 2 years of experience in teaching and academic management
• Experience in management and admin role, preferably within education/training sector, professional or membership body

Knowledge & Competencies:

• Strong Communication Skills (written/verbal)
• Experienced in presenting to cross section of audience
• Project management skills
• Ability to work independently and in team
• Initiative driven and pro-active
• Able to motivate, coach and lead others
• Able to meet deadlines and cope under pressure
• Able to work with all levels of staff in and out of the organization
• Courteous and professional
• Possess good public relations skills
• Understanding of the educational system in Pakistan
