FUND ACCOUNTING - ASSISTANT MANAGER / MANAGER (BIG 4 EXPERIENCE)

Our client is an international asset management firm with an unparalleled reputation across the Asia Pacific region. With the continued growth of the organization, the need has arisen to recruit a high caliber candidate to join them.

A key member of the Investment Operations team responsible for managing all aspects of Fund Accounting across the investment fund platforms. Semi-annual/ annual financial statement production and review. Managing and coordinating all audits across the funds. Review and calculation of Management/ advisory/ trailer/ performance fees, Total Expense Ratios (TERs), Monthly and Annual Dividend Distributions (eg, NDI/Capital splits & annualized yields, Monitor and process payments of fees and fund expenses. Work closely with different teams on new agreements, fee income, expenses, and other business & operational matters. Support Investment Operations with any projects and initiatives.

To be considered, you should be a degree holder with a minimum of 3 years of experience from professional firms. SoundIFRS/HKFRS/Lux GAAP and regulatory financial reporting knowledge in investment funds including tax related issues eg Luxemburg, Cayman, Hong Kong. Experience with dividend distribution and fee calculations. Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
