Discover a better balance in banking
Develop your potential within an organisation that understands the importance of balance. We're global but close-knit. Ambitious yet inclusive. Competitive yet welcoming.
Our immersive, 18-month analyst programme is tailored to meet the individual needs of every graduate, which means that you can develop your skills in areas that matter to you. You might see yourself in Global Corporate and Investment Banking, supporting clients with anything from raising additional capital to structuring a bespoke financing product or managing liquidity and risk. You might opt for Global Markets where our Sales & Trading teams develop bespoke investment solutions that help clients hedge risk and achieve their goals. Or you could join the teams in Corporate Functions who make sure our systems, processes, financial models and data are absolutely watertight.
Whatever the business area, you'll gain the experience you need to become an expert in your field. You'll benefit from our comprehensive training programme before familiarising yourself with our organisation first-hand. From the moment you arrive, you'll become an integral member of our team. You will have unique exposure to high-profile clients, interact with professionals across our organisation and enhance your network. We will make sure you have all the tools to advance in your role.
As one of the world's leading financial institutions, MUFG offers an extensive range of products and services to businesses, governments and individuals worldwide. By offering stability in an ever-changing market, our solid foundations and entrepreneurial approach allow us to expand our client base, move into new markets and maintain a strong position in the industry. We're looking for ambitious, driven graduates to help us become the world's most trusted financial group.
We hire on potential, so you won't need a financial background. Regardless of what you have studied, you'll fit in well here as long as you have a keen interest in the financial markets and are eager to grow. You will, however, need a predicted 2:1 or have graduated with a 2:1 within the last twelve months.
Join us and you'll find that our balance of opportunity and support will give you the ideal platform to build a lasting and rewarding career.
Find out more about our opportunities on our website and apply by 22 nd November 2020.
