JOB DESCRIPTION
● Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced, Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree,
ACCA/ CIMA, or CPA in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
● At least 3 years to 4 years working experience
● Proactive, responsible, well-organized, planning skill and team player are required.
● Able to work under stress and challenging environment in order to deliver tasks according to deadlines.
● Excellent attention to detail.
● Good interpersonal and communication skill
● Competent in MS Office, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Prepare customer monthly sales invoicing and collection reports.
- Issue invoices after the customer service dept issue DO.
- Review credit collection history, follow up on key outstanding debtors balances, and renegotiate payment plan ( where necessary).
- Work closely with sales to resolve customers' outstanding accounts to ensure timely collection.
- Prepare aging reports including proactive measures on the long outstanding debt.
- Prompt issuance of monthly statements and follow up with customers for payments.
- Perform any other accounts receivable related task that may be assigned from time to time.
- Familiar with the CTOS system and reports.
- Daily tracking and monitoring on outstanding and perform debtor reconciliation.
- Issue reminder letter, demand letter, and termination letter as and when required.
- Ensure transactions are properly recorded and entered into the computerized accounting system.
- Maintain and keep a proper filing of all documents
- Assist month-end closing and yearly closing and preparation audit schedule
- Assist prepare the monthly bank reconciliation
- Assist monthly checking intercompany balances and intercompany sales
- Assist to handle full sets of accounts
- Perform ad hoc task as and when required
