As part of your role as a Payroll Senior you will prepare more complex weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual payrolls for your clients on STAR, liaising with them to obtain the details and ensure provide accurate and well communicated information. You will also be working as part of the wider team to review work produced by more junior team members and take ownership of arranging pension payments, preparing the year end P35 for clients and supporting Payroll Managers as required.

In terms of qualifications, once you have completed your CIPP, your training and development does not stop there. Your journey will continue via mentorship by the management team to provide soft skills development such as more effective client management and also steps towards staff management. Mentorship and coaching will continue to support you as your journey continues beyond formal qualifications.
