ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE (SENIOR)

Job Descriptions:-

Assist with overall accounting functions for the Group of companies, which includes preparation of management reports, annual budget planning, report, cash flow projection, and handling of taxation matters;
Responsible for timely submission of monthly and quarterly financial reports;
Preparation of the group consolidation accounts;
Ensure monthly debtor's and creditor's Aging report are generate on timely and accurate manner;
Prepare recurring and ad-hoc financial analysis for group of companies;
Ensure internal control, SOPs are followed and financial report are maintained in accordance with Financial Reporting Standard;
Assist in all regulatory and taxation compliance matters;
Liaise with tax agent, auditor and other regulatory bodies, including preparation of relevant schedule and supporting documents;
Perform any other duties as and when assigned by superior.

Job Requirements:-

Candidate must possess at least Degree in Accounting or Finance, or professional accountancy qualification eg: ACCA, CPA, CIMA or equivalent;
At least 5 Year(s) of working experience specialized in Accounts or Finance, preferable in construction/ engineering industry;
Required Skill(s): ERP System, Microsoft Office;
Past experience in audit or construction, familiar with ERP and ability to converse in mandarin would be an added advantage;
Strong MS excel skill;
Familiar with MFRS and tax requirement;
Multi-tasking, working in fast paced environment and travel is required.
