Location Kajiado/Thika
Key Areas of Responsibility (Cover all major focus area for the given role)
1. Maintain Project -related records i.e. stock registers, labour attendance, material movement registers
2. Ensure all transactions are updated in all concerned registers
3. Coordinate with project manager
4. Preparing financial documents: such as Sales Invoice, PO, Material Receipt, Purchase Invoice
5. Maintain the Petty cash voucher
6. Preparing the daily MIS report and send to management
7. Updating company books of accounts
8. Filing the statutory Returns
9. Verification of financial documents presented
10. Processing business expenses

Internal
• Coordination with Head office accounts
• Coordination with project manager
External
• Coordination with contractors
Knowledge/ Experience/ Skills/ Personal attributes
ESSENTIAL
1 3-4 years of experience in
2 Proficiency in computer
3 Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
DESIRABLE
1 Good communication and strong interpersonal skills.
2 Ability to get along well with people at different levels
Education Qualification
ESSENTIAL Pursuing CPA Part ii- Section 4
DESIRABLE/PREFERRED Graduate in Bachelor of Commerce
- Minimum Qualification: Diploma
- Experience Level: Mid level
- Experience Length: 3 years
