- We are looking for young and energetic individuals (males) with 2-4 years of accounting experience.
- Should be familiar with banking system. Candidates with prior experience in Accounting & Finance will be preferred.
- Knowledge of Pay order, Bank draft, Bank Guarantee and for import purpose, Bank contract and L.C's etc.
- Collection & Reconciliation of bank statement.
- Preparation of Bank reconciliation, Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Account.
- Knowledge of Import and Export documentation.
- Preparation of top sheets/ Monthly accounts.
- Preparation of quotations.
- Salary preparation.
- Must have good knowledge of Taxation, Audit and Filling returns.
- Must have good knowledge of Provident fund (PF) Compliance and maintenance.
- Compiletraveling data of all employees and reimburse travelling dues.
- Maintain all financial records of company.
- Reconciliation of general ledgers with bank statements.
- Ensure transactions are properly recorded and entered in computerized accounting system.
- Payment of all monthly utility bills.
- Filling of office record.
