Looking for a corporate finance manager to be based with a real estate company based at Kuala Lumpur.
Your new company
This is a company that focuses on property development, particularly on high rise projects. They are a small scale company with presence in overseas, has been established for more than 30 years in the market.
Your new role
As a corporate finance manager, you are expected to have solid financial modelling, simulation testing, feasibility study, corporate advisory, strong business acumen skill set. You will work closely with the CFO, CEO and business owner. You will be the front liner for any project/ business negotiation related task along side the senior management people.

- Degree in accounts or finance, professional membership i.e CFA, ACCA, CPA
- At least 5 years in corporate finance related job
- Regional exposure based in other countries during employment/ studies years
- Experience working in start-up/ small company would be an added advantage (hands-on person)
- Open to minimal business travel
- Strong business acumen
