About the job/team

You will be a key support for month-end, quarterly and year-end closing at the time that you elaborate weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reports. You will actively participate in the budgeting and forecasting process, reporting directly to the Finance Director on variances from the established budget and the reason for those variances.

You will ensure that all internal controls and policies of the company are applied and will analyse all indirect costs investigating the difference(s) VS Plan and P on monthly basis.

Among your tasks you will also develop and maintain the relationship with all budget’s owners of the firm, planning monthly meeting with them in order to discuss and analyse the figures and get exhaustive overview of approved expenditures (estimate costs to complete). Besides, you will be involved in the yearly budget and forecast process.

You will assist the Finance Director in presenting the reports to Senior Executives and stakeholders, identifying inventory risks and alerting about them.

About you

You have a Master Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Management and 5 to 10 years of professional experience in a similar position

Strong analytic and numerical skills are important, as well as proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel (Filters, Vlookup, Pivot table, Macro …).

Sap knowledge would be desirable.

Besides, We are looking for a positive and pro-active attitude with solution-oriented and strong delivery focus willing to assist in special projects.

In terms of languages, you are fluent in English, with French being a great asset.
