about the role
- Leading the Finance team on Management Accounting with a Costing Background
- Monthly management reporting and support the management for cost control
- Product costing and production variances analysis
- Budgeting & Forecasting
- Managing and coordinating with all departments to complete the budgeting process
- Budget tracking and monthly / weekly FCST analysis
- Facilitate budgeted cost variance analysis with the operational departments
- Costing allocation and cost center analysis
- Balance sheet reconciliation and cash flow management
- Oversee Accounts Payable and Receivable functions
- Controlling treasure and insurance functions
- Responsible for preparing and present monthly and ad-hoc internal financial and KPI reports to local management and group on time.
- Overseeing IT functions to ensure all departments following the data processing requirements.
- Ideally have experience in HFM and Oracle software
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking/ Business or equivalent.
- A qualified accountant with ACCA / CIMA / CPA certification or equivalent
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in Manager position with strong management accounting and Costing background.
- Strong business acumen with outstanding analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Strong commercial sense
