Job Description:
Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
- Performing full-set account, and responsible for all aspects of accounting functions.
- Ensuring proper maintenance of accounting transaction in compliance with statutory and requirements.
- Prepare accounts vouchers (payment, journal & etc).
- Ensure proper and accurate month-end closing within the deadline.
- Perform profit & loss and balance sheet analysis.
- Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when required.
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Accounting or any other equivalent.
- Candidate related experience in Accounting is preferred.
- Professional Qualification (ACCA/ CIMA/ CPA) would be added advantage.
- Good command of both written & spoken English and Mandarin. Ability to speak Hokkien will be an added advantage.
- Team player, proactive, good attitude, able to work independently and efficiently.
- Knowledge of UBS Accounting Software and MS Office & Excel.
- 5.5 working days: Monday - Friday (8:30am - 5:00pm) AND Saturday (8:30am - 1:00pm)
