Responsibilities

• Budgeting and planning (annual, quarterly) and comparison to actual results
• Expenses optimization
• Operational activities in cooperation with different internal departments
• Planning of capital expenditures
• Comprehensive analysis of expenses
• Implementation and leading of strategic processes development based on the company's values taking into consideration all parties' involved interests
• Foreseeing possible risks and mitigation or prevention of them
• Development and support of trustful and respectful long-term relationship within all process/organization decision-makers and own team
• Leading implementation of quality standards, analyzes quality metrics
• Leading number of internal projects
• Participation in processes re-engineering
• Comprehensive financial analysis of the company's results
• Acting as a Finance Business Partner with all internal departments
• Deep diving into various operational issues to bring efficiency and cost savings

Requirements

• 3+ years of leadership in relevant area
• Experience as a Financial Controller/ Financial Manager/CFO in international companies
• Comprehensive knowledge of financial processes and procedures, holistic vision of how the processes combine to create value for company
• Completed or final stages of ACCA Qualification
• Preferably degree from a well-known technical university
• Proficiency in Audit/ Consulting, relevant industry experience is a plus
• Proven experience of developing proficiency and effectiveness of domain standard tools and processes
• Readiness in bringing "best practices" to the company
• Expert knowledge of financial planning toolset, ability to participate in its enhancement, and enforce its usage in units
• Experience in IT companies would be a big plus
• Experience of cooperation with Big 4 companies and various consultants is a must
• Preferably - Business Partnership or Business Operations expertise
• Excellent communication skills, proactive attitude and analytical mindset
• Being accountable for making decisions and able to establish solid working relationships within a team, effectively delegate tasks, encourage the team to follow their commitments and hold them together in common purpose toward the right objective
• Excellent multitasking skills
• Upper-intermediate spoken and written English level
