IT Business Analyst/Delivery Manager (AVP)

The Project Manager/Stability Lead role in the Data Services team is responsible for providing oversight of stability related improvements to support Data Services key initiatives. The successful individual must work closely with Data Services stakeholders across business, operations, production support teams to identify opportunities for streamlining processes utilising innovative methods and problem solving skills to help improve stability of the overall application.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have proven experience in managing small to medium sized projects, demonstrate initiative and resourcefulness to address challenges and be delivery orientated . Exposure to service management will be an advantage. You will require to have very good problem solving skills, communicate well, coordinating across different teams and stakeholders to drive stability improvements

• Drive / contribute towards innovative solutions through automation of manual touchpoints
• Demonstrate strong technical skills in ETL Design and development
- A background in Systems Analysis and Design
• Several years preferably in Finance Industry in regulatory reporting domain
• PM/ PL experience desirable
• Experience with all phases of Software Development Life Cycle
• Experience in business / data analysis would be an advantage
• Ability to lead teams and work with georgraphically diverse and cross functional teams
• Ability to report to senior stakeholders
• Good communication skills
• Candidate may require to work different time zones depending on project needs
• Strong knowledge of Abinitio, Unix, SQL
• Bachelor's degree /B.Tech / M.E. / M.Tech (in computers, information technology or engineering)
  • Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
