Chief Financial Officer, Food Shop

A Fast-growing Food Chain with production facilities and 36 Outlets in Lahore, requires the services of a Chief Financial Officer.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, direct and manage Accounts, Audit & Taxation Department.
• Develop, Improve & Manage Accounting Controls & Financial planning.
• Explore new investment options & provide information on potential ROI & Risks.
• Dealing with banks, financial partners, institutions, investors, public auditors and officials.
• Ensure processing and recording of financial transactions.
• Assure legal and regulatory documents are filled and monitor compliance.
• Reviewing all formal finance, HR and IT procedures.
• Provide accurate analysis of budgets. Financial reports and financial trends to the CEO.
• Oversee the coordination and activities of independent auditors ensuring all audit and compliance issues are resolved.
• Recommend and oversee cash management, investment, and liquidity programs.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience as Chief Financial Officer in retail industry.

Education: Bachelors

Degree Title: BBA / B.Com / Equivalent

Career Level: Experienced Professional

Experience: 3 Years
