Our Summer Analyst Program is an 8-week internship designed to provide you with an exciting, supportive and fun experience which mirrors life as an Analyst at BlackRock. You'll have real-world responsibilities during the summer, in addition to participating in professional development, networking and social events.
The Summer Analyst Program acts as a feeder to the Full-Time Analyst Program.

Finance
Finance's mission is to be a trusted, world-class global finance organization by delivering timely, accurate and insightful financial information and analysis. The group provides thought leadership across BlackRock's control and risk management environment to improve decision making, optimize allocation of firm resources and help achieve the firm's objectives.

Internal Audit
Internal Audit's primary mission is to assure the Board of Directors and executive management that BlackRock's businesses are well managed and meet strategic, operational and risk management objectives. The team engages with senior leaders and all businesses globally to understand and advise on the risks in their business, evaluate the impact of key processes and assist in the design of standards that can improve their results.
Locations: London, Edinburgh, Budapest
Please note that for Continental European locations, you are required to speak the local language at a fluent level, with the exception of Budapest (e.g. if you are applying for a role in Frankfurt, you will be required to speak German).

Application information
Candidates should have less than 18 months of directly relevant, full-time work experience and be graduating from an undergraduate or master's degree program between January 2022 and December 2022.
