Brief Description
The position of FINANCE MANAGER is responsible for the financial health of company. Producing financial reports and developing strategies based on financial research. Guiding senior executives in making sound business decisions in long term and short term. Monitoring and maintain a record of assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liability, or other financial activities within our organization.
Tasks
  • Monitoring the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as payroll, invoicing and other transactions;
  • Oversee financial department employees, including financial assistants and accounts executives;
  • Contract outside services for tax preparation, auditing, banking, investments and other financial needs necessary;
  • Track the company's financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement.
  • Seek out methods for minimizing financial risk to the company;
  • Research and analyze financial reports and market trends;
  • Provide insightful information and expectations to senior executives to aid in long-term and short-term decision making;
  • Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports;
  • Present finical reports to board members, stakeholders, executives, and client in formal meeting;
  • Stay up to date with technological advances and accounting software to be used for financial purposes;
  • Advise management in areas such as compensation, employee health care benefits, the design of accounting or data processing systems, or long-range tax or estate plans;
  • Develop, implement, modify and document recordkeeping and accounting systems, making use of the current computer technology;
  • Maintain or examine the records of government agencies;
  • Prepare, examine, or analyze accounting records, financial statements, or other financial to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards;
Qualification and requirements
  • ACCA, Bachelor degree of Finance, Bachelor degree of Accounting or equivalent;
  • Ability to use logic and reason for identify the strengths and weakness of alternative solutions;
  • Ability to identify complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
