Responsiblities:
1. Lead and supervise Finance and Procurement team
2. Provide advise pertaining to all Finance related matters to the management and respective department head
3. Ensure accounts system, books and records on all transactions for assets.
4. Prepare monthly Financial and management reports, including but not limit to balance sheet, budget and report reconciliation, and cash flow.
5. Oversee company expenses, general ledger, accounts payable, and billing.
6. To have weekly reporting of company's financial status with the management
7. Liaise with company's secretary for legal related matters.
8. Prepare and develop audit schedules for annual audit internally and externally.

Requirements:
1. Possess at least a Certificate or Diploma in Accounting/Finance/Banking or equivalent.
2. Possess a professional certificate in Accounting such as ACCA is an added advantage.
3. Minimum of 3 to 5 years in Finance and accounting experience, including Finance, accounting, audit and analysis.
4. Preferably with supervisory experience for at least a year as an Assistant Manager and above
5. Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, knowledge of Mandarin/Cantonese/Chinese Language will be an added advantage.
6. Meticulous and with good analytical skills, sharp in Mathematics.
7. Good problem-solving skills, interpersonal skills and stake holder management.
