- Problem solving should be tackled in a logical manner by seeking facts with an exact and detailed approach
- The analysis of the data and the communication of this to the client is a core element of the ABS Synergy service.
- Attending group meetings both individually and jointly with the Directors/Manager as required where you will present the data you have prepared and analysed.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal are key as you will be
- Preparation of financial performance reports, analysis of the data and presentation of results to client. You must be detail orientated and accuracy must matter.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Windows, Excel, Word, cloud etc..
- Payroll preparation, payment summaries and reconciliations
- Accounts payable receivable and Vat returns
Following your training programme with Synergy Bookkeeping, your key responsibilities will include:
- Delivering a quality service for Group
- Financial Control for the entire group
- Review and preparation of Monthly Management Accounts
- Reconciliation of weekly
- Preparation of VAT Return
- Preparation of Monthly Creditors list
- Payroll
- Cash Flow Management
- Client Operational Support
- Admin & Adhoc duties
- PA duties from time to time
